Thank you for your kind reply.
After viewing other homes built by Stephen Alexander, I searched the internet to see if he had plans to build in other areas. Our children will be going to Grassfield so we are restricted to that area. I came upon Summer Park in the Grassfield District and was so excited. I have lived here for 20 years, moving 5 or more times, searching for what he offers in his homes. Even though Summer Park is not developed, I get a sense that SA homes; past, present, and future are magnets for families who make their homes and each other their priorities. This creates neighborhoods that are similar to the cohesive and caring ones we used to find. Wow, does this sound like an ad or what? hehehe I was just about to tell my family that if we couldn't find Stephen Alexander homes in Grassfield, we would be moving to a different school district. LOL
Unknowing, just before the rush after the ad in Sundays paper, my husband and I went to view the model and another unfinished home. We were sold.
When we learned that Stephen was going to come out to the site, we were thrilled and waited to ask questions and learn more about Summer Park. If we had, had any doubts (we did not have any at all) that a Stephen Alexander home was what we wanted, they vanished after talking with him. We must have asked a million questions, of which he answered thoughtfully and sincerely. It is obvious he cares and relates very well with the families for whom he builds. He answered all questions with such patience and was very attentive to our thoughts and desires. You just don't find that anymore, just as you don't find the quality of homes he builds. Needless to say, we are planning to purchase a home in this development and are very excited. My children are very appreciative. LOL
If I could quit work tomorrow, I'd volunteer to be a spokesperson for SA homes (LOL) because of all I have mentioned in this email.
We were sold on his homes anyway, but actually talking with him and realizing he actually does what he says, made all the difference. Please pass this on, if you get a chance.
